The hotel exceeded our expectations during our Christmas stay. the highlight was the fantastic restaurant with its superb food and beautiful presentation. the host/owner was lovely and added to the overall enjoyable experience. the secure and partly covered parking was a great advantage, especially for our special car.

Upon arrival, I was impressed with the elegant and luxurious decor of this hotel. the room offered exclusive amenities such as a body scrub and full body massage that completely fulfilled my relaxation needs. the Spa center also had a sauna and a heated swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers, creating a perfect ambiance.

Although the service was excellent, there was a minor issue with the shower; it had no non-slip surface, and there was nowhere to place shower products other than the floor.

We got great value for our money at Maison Zugno Hotel & Spa. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the Jura area, with stunning attractions and a charming nearby town. The breakfast items could be improved by providing a non-slip surface in the shower tray and adding some storage for shower essentials like shampoo and shower gel.

My Easter break at a hotel in the Jura was fantastic! The beautifully decorated and spacious room was a real treat.
